Compensation is based on one's value to the company, irrespective of location. Despite our international team, it does not make sense to pay someone in one continent less than someone in another continent who provide equal value to the company simply because others around them make less or more. We offer competitive market wages pegged to USD.
At this time, due simply to organizational simplicity, Vetspire is only hiring for permanent roles in the United States and the United Kingdom.
