Our Handbook!

👋 Welcome to Vetspire! This companion book serves as a handbook for all the work we do at Vetspire, from our principles to our processes. It's a living document, and we encourage everyone to contribute to it!

If you're a new member of the team, your first task at Vetspire is probably reading the Companion! We encourage you to read all the sections top-to-bottom whether you're part of the specific team or not so you can learn how all the different teams that compose Vetspire operate. Whenever we want to update or change one of our processes at Vetspire, the first thing we'll do is open a change request to the Companion so we can all comment and understand the proposal.

Most importantly, we hope you have fun!

Contributing to the Companion

If you're technical and/or familiar with GitHub, the entire Companion is hosted on GitHub and you can submit a pull-request directly to the Companion repository here: https://github.com/Vetspire/companion

If you're not familiar with GitHub, we host the Companion on GitBook and you can ask your manager for access to the gitbook application so you can make updates and/or edits in the friendly graphical user interface that Gitbook provides.
